THE ARTISTS’ RESIDENCE
THOMAS ARCHER HOMES
Package: THE DROP
+ NARRATIVE BY CLIENT
A cinematic Project Drop captured for a long-term client who documents each completed build as part of their ongoing portfolio.
For this project, we collaborated directly with their client to create a refined piece-to-camera segment, where she speaks to her process as an abstract Australian artist and the integration of her artwork throughout the home. The result adds a personal narrative layer to the architecture, elevating the space beyond design into lived experience.
This film forms part of a wider deliverable suite, including a testimonial piece with the vendors, a completed cinematic project film, and additional social content designed for multi-platform use.

THE TARRACE
BELLARINE PROPERTY
Package: THE DROP
+ DAY/NIGHT TRANSITIONS
A newly completed architectural residence in Ocean Grove, captured through a purely visual approach. Without interviews or lifestyle talent, the focus remained entirely on the architecture, craftsmanship, and spatial design of the home. Filmed across day and night, the production showcases the property's changing atmosphere as natural light gives way to evening ambience. Combined with cinematic drone work, refined sound design, and a carefully crafted edit, the result is a visually striking sales film designed to create intrigue and elevate the property's market presence. Architectural video production at its most pared back.

BARWON HEADS
GLENVILL HOMES
Package: THE DROP
+ NARRATIVE BY DESIGN TEAM
A Glenvill Homes residence in the coastal town of Barwon Heads, brought to life through cinematic storytelling. Featuring a lifestyle-driven narrative with two talent, the film moves beyond simply showcasing the home to capture the feeling of living there. A refined Project Drop shot by a cinematographer Melbourne builders trust, designed to create connection, atmosphere, and impact.
FAQS about our Architectural Photography Melbourne
-
A Project Drop is a completed-build film covering the architecture, craftsmanship and spatial design of a finished project. Add-ons include narrative by the vendor, client or design team, and day-night transitions. Builders and architects reuse these across awards submissions, portfolios and social feeds, not just as a one-off sales asset.
-
The Drop covers a single completed project, shot and cut around that build. The Creative Suite is a collaborative campaign, as on Palmetto, where designers, builders, trades and partners share the investment. That model funds a far deeper rollout: hero films, social edits, editorial assets and room-by-room reveals from one shoot.
-
Yes. Construction photography services run alongside the film work on the same visit. Everything is shot on cinema cameras, which is what keeps the stills and the frames looking like they came from the same project rather than two separate jobs.
-
Yes. Building photography and progress coverage can run alongside the build rather than waiting for the reveal, giving you a record of the work rather than just the finished rooms. Construction photography Melbourne coverage like this suits builders and developers documenting a portfolio over time.

Regularly. Several projects here were filmed well outside the metro area, including Balnarring Beach, Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads. Travel is included within an hour of Melbourne CBD, and beyond that a travel fee applies depending on distance. Send us the site address and we'll factor it into the quote.
