A strategic, collaborative cinematic campaign designed to unite vendors, designers, and stakeholders into a single premium property rollout.

Palmetto is a landmark collaborative campaign bringing together an elite team of designers, builders, trades and creative partners in a shared creative investment model, with a construction videographer on site across the full shoot.

Designed as a pre-conceptualised cinematic suite, the campaign was developed prior to shoot day with a clear focus on scalable content outcomes across hero films, social edits and editorial-style assets. Architecture cinematography set the visual language before a single asset was cut.

Leaning into the property's resort-inspired narrative, the story follows a subtle hospitality approach, from preparation through to arrival and experience, spanning poolside, wellness and architectural moments.

The result is a multi-layered cinematic campaign that demonstrates how collaborative investment can unlock a significantly higher level of construction video production value, storytelling depth and marketing impact for all stakeholders involved.

Positioned on the clifftop in one of Mount Martha's most sought-after locations, this Project Drop was designed to let the property tell its own story. Narrated by the owner builder, the building video captures the craftsmanship and quality of the build alongside the experience of living within it. Lifestyle talent were integrated throughout the home and along the coastline to bring movement, scale, and emotion to the piece, while an extended production window allowed us to showcase the property's transition from day to night. The result is a cinematic sales suite that creates desire and connection long before an agent ever needs to make the pitch.

A cinematic Project Drop captured for a long-term client who documents each completed build as part of their ongoing portfolio.

For this project, we collaborated directly with their client to create a refined piece-to-camera segment, where she speaks to her process as an abstract Australian artist and the integration of her artwork throughout the home. The result adds a personal narrative layer to the architecture, elevating the space beyond design into lived experience.
​This film forms part of a wider deliverable suite, including a testimonial piece with the vendors, a completed cinematic project film, and additional social content designed for multi-platform use.

Without interviews or lifestyle talent, the focus remained entirely on the architecture, craftsmanship, and spatial design of the home. Filmed across day and night, the production showcases the property's changing atmosphere as natural light gives way to evening ambience. Combined with cinematic drone work, refined sound design, and a carefully crafted edit, the result is a visually striking sales film designed to create intrigue and elevate the property's market presence.
