Every project is proof that great work takes a village, not a hero.
Visionary, serial entrepreneur, perfectionist. Lochlan goes by many names. With a creative mind that’s continually ticking and an eye that doesn’t miss a detail, he leads the team from strength to strength with his signature skill and charisma. When he’s not making epic films, you’ll find him sipping a G&T, doing a spot of DIY or working on his tan. Potentially all at the same time.

If you want a job done well, give it to Toneya. And while you’re at it, don’t stand in her way while she’s getting it done. With a background as a renowned stylist and interior designer, she’s got design (and the ability to hustle) running through her veins. If she’s not creating or designing something (a rare occurrence), she’s probably watching the latest true crime documentary on Netflix.

Every good studio needs someone who keeps all the people, and the things, in line. In our world, that’s Sarah — the timeline and scheduling mastermind. For the rest of us, it’s a role that conjures up feelings of panic but Sarah carries it all in her stride, while effortlessly bringing good vibes and energy to every room she walks into. In her spare time, Sarah loves travelling, shopping and…organising household cupboards. Yep, makes sense.

Always looking to push the boundaries of what’s been done, Ellie brings strong expertise, years of skill and dynamic thinking to the team — coupled with her signature energy, positivity and warmth. If there’s someone dancing in the Flip office, it’s probably Ellie. Don’t ever expect boring when she’s around.

Fraser’s the fun guy, but in actual fact, he’s a lot more than that. With many years under his belt as an editor, Fraser brings a depth of passion and creativity that shows in the work he creates. Fraser has an eye for detail and the ability to work at lightning speed. As for life outside of Flip? He can boogie up a storm and is highly proficient in piano. It’s almost as if he’s not just the fun guy, he’s the perfect guy.

With a long history of both filming and editing video, it’s no secret that Zac loves a good story. And it’s evident in the way he works — with meticulous attention, he edits every piece to make sure the narrative is expressed in a way that does it justice. Most nights you’ll find him watching some niche or foreign film, a TV show, or reading a book. His other hobbies? Sarcasm, and making delicious food. Usually with a glass of red in hand.

What do theatre, a pizza shop and video have in common? No idea. Ask Michael, though, because that’s his last two decades summed in a sentence. A seasoned creative, Michael has an eye for directing coupled with an ability to seamlessly weave together architecture and people, all to create a layered, beautiful narrative that expresses the heart of a property. Always with a smile, too — he’s not just smart, he’s warm and friendly. He also occasionally sleeps.

Steve's a master of multi-tasking - capturing life through his lens as a videographer and photographer, and making sweet music as a musician. But when he's not creating art, he's getting his hands dirty tuning classic cars or crafting the perfect pastry. Don't let his calm demeanor fool you - this ninja-trained pro can deliver a killer one-liner (or a killer croissant).

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, Jess brings a creative spark to every project she touches. Whether she's capturing life's big moments or the beauty in everyday scenes, her videography skills shine through. Before finding her footing behind the lens, she cut her teeth as a runner on set, learning the ins and outs of the industry. When she's not working, you can find her sweating it out at the gym, experimenting with her next fashion fix, or obsessing over adorable dogs. She's also notorious for shaking up a mean cocktail (or two, or three...). Bubbly, fun, and always on the hunt for the perfect outfit, Jess brings her infectious energy to everything she does.

With a decade of experience in sports media, Brock brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to his work as a videographer. From his time as a Video Producer in the AFL to Digital Content Director, he's developed a keen eye for capturing the energy and emotion of moments. When he's not working, you can find him enjoying good food and drink with family and friends, cheering on his favorite teams, or spoiling his Rottweiler rotten. Colleagues know him as friendly, happy, and hopefully funny.

With a creative spark that's equal parts philosophical and playful, Harrison brings a unique perspective to his work as a production assistant. When he's not on set, you can find him strumming his guitar, cycling along the Bay Trail, or throwing himself into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Colleagues know him as curious, infectiously enthusiastic, and occasionally deeply silly – with a knack for dropping random fun facts and analogies into conversation.
By day, he's a master of his famous banana bread; by night, he's a master of a good camp fire conversation.
